The Dead South is a folk-bluegrass band from Canada. I was asked to produce three concert videos, that would look a bit different from each other, yet still reflect the bands style. I filmed their concerts in Hamburg and Berlin with multiple cameras and got some extra footage backstage and on the road, accompanying them from one city to another. In order to reflect the bands style best, I shot most of the material hand held and used almost no color but rather high contrasts.
